His work frequently involves analyzing complex chains of title, determining mineral and leasehold ownership, identifying title defects, and developing practical curative strategies.

Through CL Reimers Land Services, Christopher focuses on careful analysis, accuracy, sound judgment, responsiveness, and clear communication. The objective is to identify the issues that materially affect a project, determine what actually needs to be addressed, and provide practical, well documented work that clients can rely upon.

Practical Title Analysis

The work begins with the record. Each project is approached by identifying the interests at issue, tracing the relevant chain of title, and separating material defects from matters that do not affect the result. The goal is to provide accurate, well documented work and practical curative recommendations that address what actually needs to be resolved.
